Electrified vehicle expertise

When you entrust your maintenance to Toyota, our electrified vehicle experts perform a multi-point inspection of your vehicle, including the tires, cabin air filter, brakes, wipers and more, to optimize your vehicle’s performance and reliability.

Experts with ongoing training

The maintenance is carried out by certified electrified vehicle technicians who understand the inner workings of your vehicle better than anyone else. All our technicians are required to undergo comprehensive, ongoing EV training.

Parts and accessories warranty

If you purchase accessories AFTER your new vehicle purchase. 12-month or 20,000 km warranty* If you purchase replacement parts from Toyota and have them installed by a Toyota dealer. 24-month or 40,000 km warranty*

* Whichever comes first.

Accessories: If you purchase accessories after your new vehicle purchase and have them installed by a Toyota dealer, your coverage is the balance of the basic new-vehicle warranty (up to 3 years / 60,000 km) or, whichever period is greater between the basic new vehicle basic warranty and the accessory warranty of 12 months / 20,000 km, whichever is greater. If you purchase accessories from Toyota and have them installed elsewhere, your accessory warranty covers the parts only for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Replacement parts: If you purchase replacement parts from Toyota and have them installed by a Toyota dealer, your coverage is 24 months or 40,000 km, whichever comes first, for parts and labour. If you purchase replacement parts from Toyota and have them installed elsewhere, your coverage is 12 months, unlimited km, for parts only.
