How and where can I change my password on the site?

To change your password on the site, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.
  • Click on Account Settings.
  • In the Password section, click on Update in the top right corner.
  • You will be asked to enter a new password and confirm it.
  • Click Save Changes to change your password.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Log in, and then click on Forgot your password? Once you have provided the requested information, click on Reset your password.

How can I earn points?

Each time you visit a dealer, provide your email address or your My Toyota Extra digital card number, and you’ll earn 10 points for every dollar spent on the purchase of Toyota parts and services, before tax. Points can be redeemed at any Quebec participating dealer.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points for discounts on vehicle maintenance or the purchase of a new or used Toyota.

Will I receive a physical card by mail?

No, the program is now fully digital. When you provide your email address or digital card number at your dealer, we’ll add the points to your account.

How can I update my profile?

To update your profile, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account by entering your card number followed by your password.
  • Click on Account Settings.
  • Make your changes for each section one by one. Click on Update in the top right corner of the section. Make your changes, then click on Save Changes.

As part of the registration process, I’m being asked to provide my email address, but I don’t have one (or I prefer not to share it). Can I still join the program?

A valid email address is required to sign up for the My Toyota Extra program online. If you don’t have one or prefer not to provide it, you can register for the program on your next visit to a dealership. Please note that without an email address, any bonus points you earn during promotional periods will not automatically be added to your profile.

To get your bonus points, you’ll simply need to:

  • contact the program’s customer service team, either by email (info@matoyota.ca) or by phone (1 855 461-6815)
  • send a copy of your receipt to info@matoyota.ca with your name and phone number.
The customer service team will then be able to add your bonus points to your profile. Please allow 30 days for the update. If necessary, or if you do not have an email address, you can get assistance at your dealer.

During my last transaction, I forgot to mention that I was a My Toyota Extra member. Can I still collect the points?

Of course! Simply send a copy of your invoice to info@matoyotaextra.ca along with your name, phone number and email address on file, and someone from Customer Service will make the adjustment to your points balance. It can take up to 30 days for the update to appear in your account.
